Frequently asked

Choosing a piece, bespoke development and professional projects.

Collections and orders

Pieces are designed from the Maison in Switzerland and entrusted to artisans in the Moroccan atelier. Design, weaving, washing, drying and finishing are guided by the Maison.

Shop brings together Tailored, Editions and New York Pulse. Pieces can be explored by collection and opened in dedicated pages with gallery, material information and a path to bespoke work.

Yes. A project may begin with an existing piece or be developed for a specific place, with dimensions, palette, relief, density and fibres considered within the project language.

Yes. Clients and professionals can request a project-specific selection through Samples or Project Desk to judge wool, colour and relief away from the screen.

Trade and professional projects

The Trade programme supports qualified professionals with a dedicated Maison contact, samples, specification tools, bespoke development and production-stage coordination. Commercial terms are confirmed case by case.

Architects, interior designers, studios, hospitality teams and concept showrooms wishing to specify or develop pieces with the Maison.

Acoustics, Yacht & Private Aviation

They are textile developments combining wool, relief and acoustic intent so sound treatment can belong to the interior architecture. Measured performance and any certifications must be defined for the final project system.

Loom Song is a Leon Speakers × Maison Tóukkani collaboration around acoustic textile, recognised at the 2026 NYCxDESIGN Awards. It informs the Maison’s ongoing research into textile, sound and space.

Yes. The Maison offers handmade rugs and textile solutions for yacht and private aviation interiors, developed from plans, templates, circulation zones and constraints communicated by the project team.

No. Where a project requires a fire standard, specific backing, certification or technical performance, those requirements must be communicated and validated for the final solution before order.

Material and making

Wool and hand craftsmanship naturally create slight variations in tone, texture and design. They belong to the identity of the piece and reveal the human hand.

Current references are developed around the Maison’s signature natural wool from the Atlas Mountains. Final material choices are confirmed for each piece or project.

The Shop shows an indicative price when available. The Maison then confirms size, palette, availability, lead time and final price before any commitment.

Development and stages

Project Desk gathers project type, location, dimensions, references, plans and constraints. It can be opened directly from Trade, Acoustic Panels, Yacht & Private Aviation or a product page.

No. They depend on scale, customisation, approvals and atelier capacity. The Maison confirms the timing with you.

Send the room dimensions, a photograph and the furniture plan. The Maison can help compare sizes and circulation margins.

Size, care and shipping

Vacuum gently and regularly without a rotating brush. For a spill, blot without rubbing and ask for professional advice before deep cleaning.

Shipping is studied according to destination, size and project constraints. Costs, taxes and timing are confirmed in the final proposal.

Yes. Request samples to compare wool, colour and relief in your own light.

Decision and payment

The current journey begins with a request to the Maison. No payment is requested before the project, configuration and terms are confirmed.
